Exhibition By Appointment was created as a collaboration between multiple artists, aiming to explore the beauty industry and its underlying meanings.The standards of beauty set by this industry create pressure and isolation, in which no one can be authentic, nothing can grow, and nothing ever changes.

By Appointment places these standards under relentless irony, reimagining the beauty salon as a market for a new self. The body is not a reality to be experienced, but a thing to be obtained. Everything can be measured and judged, bought and worshipped. The excessive parts are cut and discarded, left to rot among pests and refuse. The sale has begun, and if you have an appointment, there is no limit to what you can get.

Each artist brought their specific methods and media, creating a dialogue between the space and the artworks that only deepened the irony present in the original conception.
